Eligibility for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges if:

• The product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
• You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please:

• Wait for our team to review and approve your request.
• Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you through the return process.

Exchange Options

If your request is approved, you may choose:

• Replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
• Exchange for a different size or product of equal value.

Refunds

If the item is out of stock and you do not wish to exchange, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items purchased during sales or promotional offers.
• Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or wear & tear by the customer.
