Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact us immediately at business@mavenandco.shop or call us at +91 8850115308.

Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the product showing the issue.
• Once approved, we’ll arrange for a return pickup or guide you through the return process.

After receiving the returned product in its original condition, we will offer an exchange for the same product or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

We’ll notify you by email once your refund is initiated.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns.
• Products that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging and tags.
